Chicago’s Newest Lifestyle Community, 850 Lake Shore Drive, Launches Sales and Marketing Efforts

Luxurious senior living community to feature five-star services and amenities
at historic Lake Shore Athletic Club

Chicago, IL – Developers of 850 Lake Shore Drive, a new luxury senior living community, will give potential residents a first look at its plans to create Chicago’s finest lifestyle community for independent seniors this week. Integrated Development Group LLC (IDG) formally opens its sales center and will host a premiere to unveil the development’s 128 luxury independent and 11 assisted living residences and a host of services and amenities that will be available to community residents.

This celebrated 17-story building, due to open in 2011, is originally home to the Lake Shore Athletic Club. 850 Lake Shore Drive will feature the rich architectural details of famed architect Jarvis Hunt with a complete interior renovation to provide the latest in residential and social comforts and conveniences.

With an interior layout by renowned architecture firm Booth Hansen, the luxury high-rise will be comprised of 139 residences, including one-, two- and three-bedroom independent living and assisted living residences. In addition to a breadth of first-class services including a doorman, personal trainers, porter and package delivery, scheduled transportation, housekeeping and linen service and valet parking, 850 Lake Shore Drive will also include several on-site amenities. Amenities will include a club room, fine dining, full service spa, heated indoor pool, magnificent rooftop garden, state-of-the-art fitness center and surround sound theater.
